About Us
History
The idea of our project came about many years ago, when we (the founder family) were still in Austria.
We lived there in Turkish and Austrian cultures for about 25 years and have perceived this as a great enrichment in our lives. Today we can assert that we feel at home in both cultures and this fact is the basis of our project. In addition, our passion for books and literature was real cause for establishing this library. We started to collect books many years ago and today we have reached 80.000 volumes.
In 2005 we
came back to Turkey in order to devote our experience and above all our
library to the dialog between cultures. Right now we are almost ready
to begin with our work of culture and literature.
